We are apable of providing full turn-key and partial turn-key printed circuit board assembly services. For full turn-key, we take care of the entire process, including preparation of Printed Circuit Boards, procurement of components, online order tracking, continuous monitoring of quality and final assembly. Whereas for partial turn-key, the customer can provide the PCBs and certain components, and the remaining parts will be handled by us.

1. Gerber file,PCB file,Eagle file or CAD file are all acceptable
2. A detailed bill of materials (BOM)
3. Clear pictures of PCB or PCBA sample for us
4. Quantity and delivery required
5. Test method for PCBA to guarantee 100% good quality products.
6. Schematics file for PCB design if need to do function test.
7. A sample if available for better sourcing
8. CAD files for enclosure manufacturing if required
9. A complete wiring and assembly drawing showing any special assembly instructions if required

1. What service can you provide?

2. Are my design files secure when I send them to you?
Your files are held in complete safety and security while Shinelink Technology Ltd is in possession of them. Your files are never shared nor will any third parties have access to your design files. Since they are your property, we respect the copyright of your files. The customer controls the disposition of these files per your requirements and written approval.
3. For small quantity orders, can you produce prototype PCBs?
Yes. Shinelink Technology Ltd has the capability to produce circuit boards in any amount. But,the greater the quantity, the greater the cost savings.
4. Do you have an order minimum?
We don't have MOQ, accept order with as low as a quantity of 1 (piece or panel).
5. What file formats do you accept for PCB assembly?
Gerber and CAM Auto CAD DXF, DWG formats.
6. What data are needed for PCB & PCBA production?
BOM (Bill of Materials) with reference designators: component description, manufacturer’s name and part number.
PCB Gerber files.
PCB fabrication drawing and PCBA assembly drawing.
Test procedures.
Any mechanical restrictions such as assembly height requirements.
